Terms & Conditions – rft88 Platform

1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "rft88", "we", "us", "our" – refers to the rft88 gaming platform operating at rft88.app, including its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers.
• "Member", "you", "your" – refers to any registered user who holds an active rft88 account.
• "Platform" – the rft88 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated products and services accessible at rft88.app.
• "Account Balance" – the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Member's rft88 account, excluding any bonus credits that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Credits" – promotional funds credited to a Member's account that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" – Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by rft88 to validate a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the rft88 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the rft88 Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting rft88 customer support.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rft88. rft88 recommends that you retain a copy of these Terms & Conditions for your personal records.

3.Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the rft88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The rft88 Platform is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 21.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion agreement with rft88 or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party in making deposits or placing wagers.

rft88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information regarding your eligibility constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the rft88 Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts – whether created by the same person under different names, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. rft88 will not accept liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

Account credentials, including your username and password, are personal to you and must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your rft88 account, whether or not authorised by you.

rft88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the rft88 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include, but are not limited to, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and approved cryptocurrencies.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the rft88 cashier interface. These limits may be updated from time to time and the current limits are always those displayed at the time of transaction.

rft88 operates a same-source withdrawal policy. Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. rft88 may request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where account activity warrants review.

rft88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking processing times, or network issues outside of the rft88 Platform infrastructure. Any fees charged by your payment provider in relation to transactions with rft88 are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals are only available in respect of your verified Account Balance. Bonus Credits are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

rft88 offers various promotional bonuses to its Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general provisions set out herein.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all rft88 promotions:

• Bonus Credits cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless rft88 explicitly permits the stacking of specific promotions.
• Bonus Credits may not be used to meet minimum wagering requirements for other bonuses.
• rft88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted into a promotion will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate promotional offers – including through collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts – will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account closure.

7.Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the rft88 Platform are provided by internationally licensed game suppliers whose random number generators (RNG) and live dealer processes are subject to independent third-party audit and certification. Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game reflect the theoretical long-run return calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

Each game is subject to its own applicable game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules displayed on the rft88 Platform and those operated by the underlying game provider, the game provider's certified rules shall prevail.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rft88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering, maintaining, or operating more than one rft88 account simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of proceeds from criminal activity through the rft88 Platform.
• Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent scheme, including the use of stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments.
• Systematically exploiting mathematical imperfections or errors in any game software.
• Providing false or misleading identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC processes.

rft88 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this clause, suspend affected accounts pending investigation, and report suspected criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities. Winnings accumulated through prohibited activities will be forfeited in their entirety.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the rft88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface elements, logos, game designs, software, and data compilations, is the property of rft88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rft88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, distributing, or displaying any part of the Platform without prior written consent; reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software; or using the rft88 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rft88 and its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the rft88 Platform.

rft88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rft88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

11.Privacy & Data

rft88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rft88 may be required to disclose Member information to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities in compliance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of the Privacy Policy or these Terms & Conditions.

12.Responsible Gaming

rft88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is strictly for adult entertainment and is not intended as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. 21+

rft88 provides Members with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available within account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Session duration reminders and time-out features
• Reality check notifications displaying net session profit/loss
• Temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Permanent self-exclusion with a minimum term of 6 months

13.Account Closure & Suspension

rft88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity is identified;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires such action;
• Account activity presents an unacceptable risk under rft88's internal risk management policies.

Where an account is closed by rft88 for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Bonus Credits and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Real-money Account Balance may be retained pending investigation and subject to the outcome of any dispute resolution or legal proceedings.

14.Amendments to These Terms

rft88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on the rft88 Platform with an updated effective date. Where rft88 considers an amendment to be material, reasonable notice will be provided to active Members via the registered email address on file.

Your continued use of the rft88 Platform following publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure.

15.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rft88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the rft88 Platform shall first be submitted to rft88 customer support for good-faith resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process within a reasonable period, either party may escalate the matter to the competent dispute resolution body designated by rft88's licensing authority. The decision of such body shall be final and binding on both parties.
